Interests, Weight Loss

I don't know that I'd really call 'weight loss' and interest, but I'm interested in the results.  So, I'm including here a list of links that might be useful, to me, and to others.

I find that just counting calories doesn't really work for me, but Atkin's does... especially if I follow it very carefully... and obviously if I also add in exercise.  Exercise alone has also worked for me in the past, but just exercising to do death is difficult to maintain.
